    • A shared sustainable stewardship on the Vigan-ICMS Alumni Human Resources
  • The desired objective
    • To maintain a continuing organization of supportive generous alumni for the ICMS, fellow alumni, and the Catholic community.

TODAYS SITUATION

  • Summary of the current situation: Incarnated in the 80's, lied low in the 90's, resurrected in the millennium
  • Organized initially for the support of the ICMS faculty needs, it now transforms into a more sustainable creative team striving towards a continuing Catholic alumni learning organization.

HOW DID WE GET HERE?

Any relevant historical information:
The class of Dam Magbual and the late Badong Lazo initiated the formal organization and registration with a supportive representation of Class '57-'70

  • Original assumptions that are no longer valid:
    • To maintain the ICMS building structure
    • To pay faculty salaries and other expenses
    • To involve only graduates of the ICMS

AVAILABLE OPTIONS

  • The alternative strategies: First, undergo a stratigic planning process; second, resolve the leadership or class hosting per year; third, involve the enrollees and business partners; forth, open the options for development on a joint partnerships.
  • We can list advantages and disadvantages of each.
  • And we now state the cost of each option.

RECOMMENDATIONS

  • Recommend one or more of the strategies or a new do-able action for the foundation.
  • Summerize the resaults if things go as proposed and furnish a regular update to all alumni.
  • What to do next: Set up a directory per class; setup a website for Vigan-ICMS Alumni Foundation; assesment and collection by e-commerce and revolving team fund generator per class
  • Let them identify action items with ICMS PAPA with affirmation of the archbishop.
